Malaysia Open 2007
Malaysia’s duo Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong have once again proved that their gold medal-winning feat at the Asian Games was no good-luck when they successfully grabbed their men’s doubles medal of the 2007 Malaysian Open at the Kuala Lumpur Badminton Stadium yesterday.

I supported our Malaysian players in front of my TV during the exciting and breathtaking match with the American-Indonesian pair of Tony Gunawan and Candra Wijaya. Luckily there was live telecast on TV, otherwise I will sue our TV stations… Haha. Actually I wanted to join the crowd in the badminton stadium, but too bad I couldn’t make time to go to buy a ticket!
Anyway, I was so excited when Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong made any winning shots… I think I may have shouted and screamed in not less than 20 times. If you heard some crazy shouts yesterday, you know you are staying nearby my place!
KKK and TBH displayed one of the most exciting men’s doubles final – producing a smashing display to beat the competitors, Tony Gunawan and Candra Wijaya with 21-15, 21-16 in just under an hour. It was a very sweet win for the Malaysians, who are ranked 119th in the world, after losing to the 2000 Sydney Olympics gold medallists just three months ago in the final of the Japan Open.
Kudos to our dynamic men’s doubles pair. CTF and Lee Wan Wah, beware of this pair of youngsters. If you don’t beef up you will not stay long in the Malaysian national team!

Hi.
I’m also one of the lunatic fans of kkk and tbh. Hehe.. I’m glad to know that i’m not the only one at home who are screaming and jumping everytime kkk and tbh done their smash. They are indeed wonderful players and hopefully they will continue to improve with God’s blessings. May God always be with them.. For Malaysians there, continue to support our badminton players cause they really work hard to gain such an achievement. Bravo to them!

Hohoho… KKK and TBH did it again. This time they ended Malaysian’s 20 plus years of wait for the men’s doubles gold medal at All England!
